We often remain oblivious to the myriad experiences encapsulated within the lives of others. These two books have enriched my life immeasurably, awakening within me a deep appreciation for the abundance I possess in the present moment. ReplyDeleteI also want to drop in a line about the post on temples. I totally love the feeling in Livermore and Aurora temples. It is like being back home. The "temple" in DFW is not a temple at all. More like a social meeting place; more than that it is all in Hindi, the idols are made of marbles are in N.India. Once a Southie, we are totally spoiled with the magnificent architecture, the beauty of the idols that it is very difficult to feel all prayerful in the "N.Indian" temples! :D
